Terms of Orders
These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
No contract will subsist between you and Ceresia Coffee Roaster Company Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until we accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
By placing an order with us through www.ceresiacoffeeroasters.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please contact us.
We reserves the right to refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place.
Our online shop at www.ceresiacoffeeroasters.com is the only authorised seller of Ceresia Coffee Roaster Company Limited online. We have not given permission to any companies or individuals to resell our coffee or our goods online.
We are aware the occasionally an individual or business will order from us and re-sell that coffee without our knowledge or consent. It is important to note that any purchases made from an unauthorised reseller will not be covered by our terms and conditions and we will not be responsible for lost items, unfulfilled orders, damages or issues with quality, such as flavour or condition.
Items can not be bought for use in coffee competition with express permission of us, and we reserve the right to refuse to supply.
By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless we decides otherwise. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
We will not be responsible for delays, damages, or issues with quality (flavour or condition) of any orders placed that are forwarded on from the shipping address given upon check out.
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us and we will let you know if the change is acceptable. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of your order, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you wish to return the product you have ordered, please contact us and provide us with your name, the date of purchase, the order number, the items detail and together with the reason for the return.

Please note:
- Merchandise items must be returned in the original new and unopened condition including all the original packaging.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged at our Retail store.
Transaction Currency and Payment
All prices quoted are in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax.
We take credit and debit card orders from most major cards. All of our transactions are processed through the following gateways:

All cards are taken using a secure encrypted server.
We take direct bank transfer/ Internet banking, which the details are provided after the checkout.

Shipping and Delivery
For delivery within Bangkok area: we use GrabBike delivery. The delivery is made within 24 to 48 working hours, and customers pay the delivery cost on arrival directly to the Grab driver. If we cannot deliver the goods within the given day or time, we will inform the customers immediately and agree on another time of delivery.
For delivery within Thailand: we use Kerry Express. All purchases will be packed within 24/48hrs (working hours) of your order. Please expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days.
For International: we use Thailand Post by EMS. All purchases will be packed within 24/48hrs (working hours) of your order. Please expect your items to arrive within 5 – 15 working days, or more days during festivals.
Delivery Prices
Delivery prices are priced on weight, and will be added automatically when an order is placed. This will be broken down into the component of price and the delivery charge. The final price will be in Thailand Baht.
